摘要
分析了影响企业产品成本的主要因素,针对设计、工艺、物资采购、制造和管理等多个环节找出了控制其成本的有效措施。实践表明,该方法简便、有效、切实可行。
Analyze the main reason of cost in products enterprise, find out the effectual methods of control in design and process and purchase of materials and manufacturing and management etc. Experiment shows these methods are simple and convenient and valid as well as can he used in practice.
