细脚拟青霉发酵液中核苷类物质的HPLC分析及脂肪酸成分含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 以冬虫夏草生药做对比,采用RP-HPLC、GC法对一株细脚拟青霉菌株发酵液冻干粉中核苷类物质、脂肪酸成分进行分析测定.结果表明,细脚拟青霉发酵液冻干粉中主要含有尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷、肌苷和胸苷5种核苷,其含量分别为3.630 6mg/g、5.547 2mg/g、0.864 3mg/g、0.462 8mg/g和0.231 6mg/g;不饱和脂肪酸是优势脂肪酸,以亚麻油酸、油酸为主,其相对含量分别为38.42%、27.66%.与冬虫夏草生药相比,细脚拟青霉发酵液冻干粉中核苷类物质的含量明显高于后者,不饱和脂肪酸含量略低于冬虫夏草生药. Abstract.This study analysed contents of the nucleosides and fatty acid in the fermentation broth of Paecilomyces tenuipes and fruit body of Cordyceps sinensis by RP-HPLC and GC. The results show that nucleosides in the fermentation broth of Paecilomyces tenuipes contained uridine, guanosine, adenosine, inosine and thyminide. The contents of nucleosides were 3. 630 6 mg/g, 5. 547 2 mg/g, 0. 864 3 mg/g, 0. 462 8 mg/g and 0. 231 6 mg/g respectively. In addition,it had a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. Most of them were linoleic acid and octadecenoic acid, which accounted for 38.42% and 27. 66%0 respectively. Compared with Cordyceps sinensis, the contents of nucleosides in the fermentation broth were much higher than those in Cordyceps sinensis. Contents of unsaturated fatty acids were a bit lower than the lat- ter.
