摘要
本文以某L型压缩机曲轴-滚动轴承系统为研究对象,在ADAMS中建立模型研究该系统动力学行为,依据轴承结构材料特性处理轴承反力与变形关系,将其求解结果和以往做法得到的结果进行比较.结果显示,考虑轴承结构材料特性后曲轴颈振动响应有所增加,最大处峰值增量为18.081%,轴心轨迹基本保持原有形状,轴承反力相差不大,可见新方法进一步完善和发展了原有方法,提供了一种更加合理的求解方式.
An L-type compressor's crankshaft-rolling system is chosen as the study object. The material stuff and structure of rolling-bearings are considered, while studying its dynamic behavior in ADAMS and compare with former method in which rolling-bearing was of constant stiffness spring. The results show that crankshaft's radial-vibration peak-value increases by 18.08%, vibration orbit shape is almost maintained and bearing reaction-forces remain unchanged. The new method provides a more reasonable way to deal with the problem.
