摘要
通过数控仿真系统模拟试切对刀过程——车削端面、外圆,测量工件,输入补偿值,建立工件坐标系并验证其正确性。该方法应用于理论教学中可增强学生对数控车床对刀的理解。
A NC simulation system is used to simulate cutter presetting process, including turning end faces and outer circles, measuring workpieees, inputting compensation values, establishing a workpieee coordinate system and verifying its correctness. This method can strengthen students' understanding of CNC lathe cutter presetting if used in theoretical teaching.
