知识世界和人的塑造是大学组织生成的逻辑起点,学科是大学组织结构的核心,而工作结构、信念结构和权力结构是大学组织结构的三大基本要素。大学组织的结构形式主要表现为科层制组织结构、松散结合与社会技术系统以及扁平化、柔性化和网络化的组织形态。组织的结构决定着组织的形态和组织的效能,以组织观点分析大学内部结构要素和结构形式,进一步厘清大学机构间的责权关系,对于更好地掌握大学组织的结构规律,建设现代大学制度具有十分重要的意义。

The world of knowledge and the molding of human are the two logic origins of university organizations, and discipline is the core, while job structure, belief structure setting up and power structure are the three basic elements of the university organization structure. The structural forms of the university organizations mainly manifest as bureaucratic structure, loosely-coupled system and socio- technical system together with the flattening, flexible and network organization forms. The form and the efficiency of a certain organization depend on their structures. Therefore, analyzing the university internal structural elements and forms from a histological perspective and further clarifying the duty-rights relationship are significant to understand the structural rules of university organizations among university institutions and establishment of the modern university institutions.
