醋酸厂含碘废液中碘的吹出实验研究

Craft Experimental Study on Blowing out Iodine from Acetic Acid Wastewater

对含碘0.28%-0.3%的醋酸废液中碘的回收为研究对象,在确定氧化剂用量的基础上对碘的吹出萃取过程中影响吹出效果的各因素进行实验测定,从理论上分析过程中的各因素对碘的吹出影响,为下步碘的还原吸收过程及碘产品获取奠基。在最佳工艺条件下对实验结果进行验证,碘的吹出率可达到92%.

0.28% -0. 3% Iodine was recycled from acetic acid waste water. During extracting process, effecting factors on the result of iodine blowing were discussed based on determinate amount of oxidant. The optimum parameters were obtained ; the effects of process parameter on iodin blowing were discussed theoretically. The resuits show that the blowing rate of iodine reaches 92% under the following optimum conditions.
