深低温保存角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼表疾病初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用深低温保存的角膜缘干细胞同种异体移植治疗眼表疾病。方法:新鲜供体取穿透性移植片后剩下的角膜缘干细胞行程序降温,深低温保存,4例5眼临床眼表疾病应用深低温保存的角膜缘干细胞移植片行同种异体移植。结果;5眼角膜上皮修复且稳定,上皮平均愈合时间为7.6±5.7天。无感染、排斥等不良反应,除1眼视力无改变外。其余4眼视力均有不同程度提高。结论:深低温保存法能够将穿透性角膜移植剩下的角膜缘干细胞重新利用,为临床角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼表疾病提供了可利用的材料。 Purpose To evaluat the effect of cryopreserved limbal stem cells allograft transplantation for ocular surface disorders (OSDs). Methods The fresh limbal stem cells tissues after taking graft for keratoplasty were cryopreserved by progrsm-controlled Bio-Freezer. Four (five eyes) patients with OSDs were treated by limbal stem cells allograft transplantation. Results The comeal epthelium of Five eyes were healed in steady state with a mean time of 7.6±5.7days. There was no bad reaction as inflammation or rejection. Four eyes have definite increase in vision except one eye. Conclusions The remaining limbal stem cells after penehating keratoplasty can be used by Cryopreservation and can provide more limbal stem cells grafts for clinical OSDs.
