摘要
评价常用化学消毒剂对乙型肝炎病毒的消杀效果。用ELISA法检测常用消毒剂对HBsAg抗原性的破坏程度。结果表明”一消净”(含成二醛)、过氧乙酸对HBsAg抗原性有高效快速的破坏作用;国光等含氯消毒剂及碘酒对HBsAg纯品有良好的消杀作用,但不能完全破坏阳性血清中HBsAg抗原性,因为受到来自血清中有机物的明显干扰:来苏儿、新洁尔灭、乙醇不能彻底破坏HBsAg抗原性达阴性水平。上述结果提示新洁尔灭、来苏儿、乙醇不能用于HBV的消杀处理应当引起临床高度重视。
This is a study on destructible effects of various disinfectants on the antigenicity of HBsAg. The destructive effects of various disinfectants on the antigenicity of HBsAg were determined by ELISA.Serum HBsAg and purified HbsAg of antigenicity from patient were been destroyed by 'YI XIAO JIN' and peracetic acid.HBsAg in 1: 100 diluted patients serum and purified HBsAg were destroyed by chlorine compound disinfectants (such as Guo Guang) and tinctUra iodi,while HBsAg in serum was not because the disinfectants were markedly influenced by organic compounds in serum. Both HBsAg in serum and the purified were not completely destroyed by lysol, bromo geraminum and ethyl alcohol (s/n>2.1).Our data suggests that lysol, bromo geraminum and ethanol should not be applied in hospitals for controlling nosocomical infection of HBV.
