引火药球在电雷管卡口工序中的安全性研究

摘要 针对电雷管卡口工序生产过程中可能出现安全事故的问题,设计了卡口过程中摩擦、碰撞等实验,研究了卡口过程中发生摩擦、碰撞时引火药球的发火特性,结果表明:苦味酸钾制造的引火药球摩擦感度、撞击感度优于含DDNP的引火药球,同时也优于氯酸钾-碳系引火药球;选择苦味酸钾制造的引火药球并对引火药球表面进行钝化处理,能大幅度提高卡口工序的安全性。 In view of the possible safety problems in the process of electric detonator crimping operation, the friction and impact experiments in crimping operation process have been designed and the ignition characteristics of the ignition ball in crimping operation process have been studied. The results show that the friction and impact sensitivity of ignition ball produced by potassium picrate is better than that of DDNP and also better than that of potassium chlorate-carbon system. The safety of crimping operation process can be greatly improved through choosing potassium picrate to produce ignition ball and passivating the surface of ignaition ball.
