氟吗西尼对麻醉诱导剂咪唑安定全麻苏醒质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 氟吗西尼(Flumazenil,Flu)是一种新型的特异性苯二氮受体拮抗药。本文通过Flu拮抗咪唑安定(Midzolam,Mid)的作用,研究其对全麻苏醒质量的影响,并将结果与异丙酚(Propofol,Pro)进行了比较。选胆囊切除术病人30例,分为3组,每组10例,第1组麻醉诱导用Mid;第Ⅱ组也用Mid,但术后用Flu拮抗;第Ⅲ组用Pro进行麻醉诱导。停用吸入和静脉麻醉药后,观察各组病人苏醒质量,结果发现第Ⅰ组恢复较慢, Ⅱ、 Ⅲ组恢复很快(P<0.01),且二组间意识、定向力和计算能力恢复时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。提示Flu通过拮抗Mid后全麻苏醒质量可与Pro媲美,巳无心血管抑制缺点。 Flumazenil(Flu) is one of the new antagonists of benzodizepines. We used Flu to antagonize midazolam (Mid) and assessed the awakening quality in post-anesthesia. The result was compared with that ofproPOfol(Pro). Thirty patients, scheduled for cholecystectomy were divided into 3 groups, each with 10 patients.The first group was induced with Mid. The second group was also induced with Mid and Flu was used at the end of anesthesia. The third group was induced with Pro. awakening quality was assessed when we stopped anesthesia. We found that the recovery times were longest in group l, and shorter in groups Ⅱ and ill (P<0.01).These were no significant diffeences between groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P>0.05) in recovery times of conscious ness level, psychomotor and cognitive test levels. These results suggested that when we used Flu to antagonize Mid, awakening quility was as good as that of pro, and there were no side effects of cardiac and circulatory depression.
