摘要
用电解抛光、阳极氧化覆膜等实验方法,分析了双零箔坯料在不同的加工阶段第二相分布、晶粒形貌,对双零箔毛料几个关键加工阶段取样进行了性能测试,对双零箔坯料质量的提高有一定意义。
The second phase distribution and grain morphology of aluminum foil in different processing stages were analyzed by electrolytic polishing and anode oxidation coating tests. Mechanical properties of samples in key processing stages were tested, which has certain significance to improve the quality of aluminum light gauge foil stock.
