摘要
研究化学成分、均匀化、挤压工艺及热处理参数对6063铝合金导电管导电率及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明合理调整Mg、Si含量及严格控制其余金属元素的含量,铸棒采取均匀化处理,确定合理的挤压和热处理工艺,可以满足用户的技术协议要求:导电率:≥55%IACS,硬度HB≥70。
The effect of chemical composition, homogenization, extrusion process and heating treatment on conductivity and mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum conductive tubes was investigated. It was showed that desired material can be obtained by keeping the contents of Mg, Si and other metal elements under reasonable control range, determining proper processes such as homogenization, extrusion and heating treatment, and the conductivity ≥ 55%IACS, hardness HB ≥ 70.
