汕头市区 2 81名 3～ 5岁儿童血浆视黄醇水平测定(英文)

Plasma Retinol Levels of Preschool Children Aged 3～5 Years in Shantou City of China

目的 :通过测定血浆视黄醇水平以了解汕头市区儿童维生素A的营养状况。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对汕头市区2 81名 3～ 5岁儿童进行了血浆视黄醇水平测定。结果 :2 5 6 %的儿童血浆视黄醇水平处于 ( 1 0～ 30 ) μg/dL ;5 0 2 % ( 30～ 40 )μg/dL ;2 4 2 % >40 μg/dL ;血浆视黄醇水平平均值没有性别差异。结论 :所调查的 2 81名 3～ 5岁的儿童中 ,没有严重缺乏维生素A者 。

Objective:To assess the vitamin A nutritional status of preschool children in Shantou city,Guangdong Province of China.Method:Plasma retinol level was used as indicator and determined by HPLC.Result:The results indicated 25 6% of the children with plasma retinol level between (10～30)μg/dL, 50 2% of the children with plasma retinol level between(30～40)μg/dL,and only 24 2% of the children with plasma retinol level higher than 40μg/dL.There was no significant difference between the average plasma retinol concentrations of the male and female children.Conclusion:The conclusions were that among the 281 children,one fourth of them were at the status of marginal deficient of vitamin A,and no children were apparently vitamin A deficient.
