摘要 目的研究葛根芩连滴丸成型的各种影响因素,确立其最佳制备工艺。方法以滴丸的圆整度、溶散时限、丸重变异系数和硬度为评价指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验设计优选滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果最佳成型工艺是药物含量35%,基质比例PEG6000∶PEG4000为8∶2,药液温度80℃,二甲基硅油为冷凝剂,管口温度40℃,制冷温度9℃,滴距为5cm,滴速为每分钟20滴。结论该工艺制得的滴丸成型性好,稳定可行。 OBJECTIVE To study the factors which affect the preparation of Gegenqinlian dropping pills and establish the optimum preparation process.METHODS Spherical degree,resolving time,weight variation and hardness was used as comprehendsive evaluation indicator to select good prescriptions and dropping conditions by influential factors and orthogonal design.RESULTS The optimal preparation conditions for the pills were as follows:drug content was 35%,PEG6000∶PEG4000 was 8∶2,the liquid temperature was 80℃,dimethylsilicone was the refrigerant at the temperature of 9℃,the condensate tube outlet temperature was 40℃,drops rate at 20d·min-1 and 5cm distance above liquid level.CONCLUSION The preparation process is stable,feasible and well-shaped.
