摘要
目的研究梅花参中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以总皂苷含量为考察指标,优化梅花参中总皂苷的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为1∶20倍煎药液得量,回流提取2次,每次3h。结论该试验工艺稳定,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction technology of total saponins in Thelenota ananas（Jaeger）.METHODS The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design,while total saponins were adopted as index.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The best extraction conditions were 20-fold water,3 hours of reflux,and 2 times of extraction.This technology is stable and practical.
