脑水肿、脑肿胀患者的脑超微结构

Ultrastructure Changes in Patients with Cerebral Edema and Swelling

探讨脑膜瘤患者肿瘤周边的水肿带和外伤性急性大脑半球肿胀患者的病理变化。光镜 :两者均表现细胞周围水肿。电镜 :两者均出现血管周围宽大的间隙 ,神经元细胞水肿 ,胞浆内细胞器破坏。脑膜瘤周边水肿带只表现胞浆水肿 ,胶质细胞及微胶质细胞形态正常。而急性脑肿胀病人 ,细胞核染色质疏松 ,胞核内有空泡 ,轴索树突肿胀、空洞。

This paper studied the pathologic changes of peripheral edematous zone of tumor in patients with menigioma and brain tissue of traumatic acute cerebral hemisphere swelling.Both appeared pericellular edema in light microscope;the perivascular spaces widened were found,with neurocellular edema,subcellular structures destroyed in electron microscope.Peripheral edematous zone of menigioma appeared only cytoplasmic edema.Glial and microglial cells were normal.There were chromatin loosing and vacuoles in nuclei,axonal dendritic swelling and contents reduction in patients with acute cerebral hemisphere swelling.
