摘要
目的建立复方氯霉素滴鼻液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法,以241.6nm为测定波长,以311.6nm为参比波长测定地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。结果供试液浓度的线性范围在2.06~12.36μg·mL-1,回归方程C=36.277△A-0.0811,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.1%,RSD=0.34%(n=5)。结论该测定方法简便、快速、准确,适合本制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine dexamethasone sodium phosphate in chloramphenicol nasal drops compound.METHODS A dual-wavelength spectrophotomery was used for determining of dexamethasone sodium phosphate.The detecting wavelength was 241.6nm and the reference wavelength was 311.6nm.RESULTS The linear range was 2.06~12.36μg·mL-1,(C=36.277△A-0.0811,r=0.9999) and the average rate of recovery was 100.2%.RSD=0.34%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
