丘脑肿瘤6例综合治疗

Combination Treatments for 6 Patients with Tumor of Thalamus

目的 :探讨 6例丘脑肿瘤的综合治疗。方法 :5例囊性肿瘤 ,先开颅部分切除肿瘤 ,1月内行γ 刀 ,X 刀治疗 ;1例脑膜瘤先行γ 刀治疗 ,5个月后行手术切除病变。结果 :随访 1年 8个月 ,除 1例恶性室管膜瘤术后 4个月肿瘤复发脑疝死亡外 ,余均恢复良好。结论

Objective:To study combination treatments for 6 patients with tumor of thalamus.Method:The cranium was opened firstly,and excised tumor partly in 5 patients with cystic tumor,in whom treated by γ and X knives in a month.One of meningoma was performed by γ knife,then excised foci after 5 months.Result:After follow up a year and eight months,5 patients were well recovered,but one of malignant ependymoma died after operation 4 months due to the cerebral hernia caused by the recurrence of tumor.Conclusion:The operation and the sterotaxic radiation are the better method of treating tumor of thalamus.
