嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿7例放疗效果分析

Analysis of 7 Cases of Eosinophilic Lymphogranuloma with Radiotherapy

目的 :了解放射治疗 7例嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的疗效。方法 :采用单纯放疗 ,总剂量DT2 0～ 5 0Gy,分次剂量DT1 5～2 5Gy。结果 :6例于治疗结束前肿瘤完全消失 ,1例于治疗后 1年完全消失 ,随访 3～ 9年 ,均无瘤生存。结论

Objective:To evaluate the results of radiotherapy for 7 cases of eosinophilic lymphogranuloma(EL).Method:Simple radiotherapy was used, with total dose of 20～50Gy and fraction1,5～2 5Gy.Result:All the cases were disease free after follow_up of 3～9 years.Conclusion:The simple radiotherapy was an effective method for the treatment of EL.
