摘要
目的评价鼠神经生长因子治疗对小儿脑瘫运动功能的影响。方法将86例患儿随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例,两组均采用Vojta及Bobath法进行功能训练、针灸、推拿等常规康复治疗。治疗组患儿加用鼠神经生长因子18μg肌肉注射,每日1次,10d为1个疗程,每疗程结束后休息20d,共治疗3个疗程。3个月后对比观察两组患儿治疗前后Ashworth指数和粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)评分情况。结果治疗后两组患儿Ashworth指数均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01);GMFM-88评分总分值均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),治疗组提高优于对照组(P<0.01)。且未发生任何药物相关副作用。结论在常规小儿脑瘫康复治疗的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗能更有效地降低患儿肌张力,提高患儿的运动功能,值得临床应用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect for Motor function of children with Cerebral Palsy treated by Mouse Nerve Growth Factor.METHODS 86 children with cerebral palsy were randomized into treatment group(n=43) and control group(n=43).All the children in both groups were treated by routine rehabilitations such as functional training according to Vojta and Bobath methods,acupuncture,and massage.Children in treatment group were additionally treated by Mouse Nerve Growth Factor,18μg im qd,10 days per course of treatment,then rest for 20 days.Totally 3 courses of treatment were given to the children in treatment group.RESULTS Muscle tonus(Ashworth index) decreased and GMFM-88 scores increased in these children of both groups after treatment(P0.01).There was statistical significance of Ashworth index decrease between treatment group and control group(P0.01).There was also statistical significance of GMFM-88 scores increase between treatment group and control group(P0.01).There were no obvious side effects found in the study.CONCLUSION Using Mouse Nerve Growth Factor plus routine rehabilitations to treat children with cerebral palsy can help decrease the muscle tension and improve the motor function,which could be suggested to be utilized in the clinic.
