对于塑件在注射模的强行脱模进行定量的分析计算,主要着眼于两个方面作为设计的考量:侧凹凸障碍的极限值计算和脱模顶出距离的确定。为结构设计及模具设计提供一些参考意见。
This discourse is about the parameter of analyse and calculation ,and that is the obstraction（side groove） of plastic part for injection mould of forcibly demoulding.There are two methods mostly：The calculation of the limit parameter for obstruction of plastic part and make certain the distance between obstruction and ejector pin. Provide some suggestions for mechanical and tooling design.
