摘要
目的 :探讨两种神经生长因子 (NGF)受体 (TrKA和 gp75 )在各类垂体腺瘤中的表达。 方法 :采用免疫细胞化学SABC法 ,检测了 44例经病理证实的垂体腺瘤中两种NGF受体的表达情况。结果 :TrKA在垂体PRL分泌腺瘤中的过度表达率6 9 2 % ,而在其它类型垂体腺瘤中的过度表达率为 19 4% ,两者比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 0 5 )。gp75在垂体PRL分泌腺瘤中的过度表达率为 46 2 % ,而在其它类型垂体腺瘤中的过度表达率为 9 7% ,两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :两种NGF受体主要在垂体PRL分泌腺瘤中表达 ,gp75的表达与否可能与PRL瘤的侵袭性和对多巴胺D2 受体激动剂治疗的敏感性有关。
Purpose To evaluate the expression of two nerve growth factor (NGF) receptors (TrKA and gp75) in each type of pituitary adenomas. Methods Forty four cases of pathologically confirmed pituitary adenomas were examined for the two NGF receptors expression with immunocytochemical SABC method. Resultls Overexpression rate of TrKA was 69 2% in pituitary PRL secreting adenomas and 19 4% in other types of pituitary adenomas. The difference was highly significant ( P< 0 005). Overexpression rate of gp75 was 46 2% in pituitary PRL secreting adenomas and 9 7% in others. The difference was significant ( P< 0 05). Conclusion Two NGF receptors are expressed mainly in pituitary PRL secreting adenomas, and gp75 expression might be associated with the tumoral aggression and the sensitivity to the treatment of dopamine D 2 receptor agonists.
