失地农民是我国城镇化过程中产生的一个特殊群体,产生这样的群体是一个国家进入城市化、工业化的必然产物。随着这个群体人数的增加,其今后的养老保障问题日益突出和显著。审计与监督在失地农民社会保障体系构建过程中应当起到更为重要的作用。

Landlost farmer is a special group emerging in the urbanization process as an inevitable outcome of the urbaniza tion and industrialization. With the growth of this group, security problems for their old age become more and more distinct. Auditing and supervision should play a more important role in the establishment process of the social security system for the landlost farmers.
