摘要
利用1990—2010年期间美国对外反倾销案件,从涉案数量、变化趋势、措施执行率、反倾销税率、涉案金额角度统计分析了美国反倾销的国别特征。分析发现,美国反倾销越来越针对中国,不仅中国涉案数量最多,而且美国对华反倾销措施执行率很高,征收的反倾销税也高,中国涉案总金额最大,对中国进口的影响最广。中国是美国反倾销的最大受害者。
Based on the antidumping cases from 1990 to 2010 in the U.S., this paper analyses the objective countries characteristics of anti-dumping from quantity and trend,the execution rate of measures, antidumping duty rate and involved amount of case. The study shows that more and more US antidumping cases point to China, and China has become the biggest victim of U.S. antidumping： with the highest nmnher, a very high rate of implementation of anti-dumping measures, the highest anti-dumping duty rate, and the largest amount in total.
