摘要
贵州是中国辣椒产业的优势区域,现辣椒种植规模、加工业规模及产品集散规模等均居全国第一,在全国辣椒产业及出口中占有举足轻重的地位。为了进一步做大做强辣椒产业,采用SWOT分析方法,对贵州辣椒产业在发展过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了具体的分析,并在此基础上提出了加大扶持力度,加强行业管理,增强质量意识,提高产品品质,提升产业竞争力等相应的发展对策。
Guizhou is an advantage area of the hot pepper industry in China, and it plays a decisive role in hot pepper production, processing, marketing and exporting of the country.
