摘要 蓝莓属于菌根植物,其根系上共生有多种菌根菌。为了筛选促进蓝莓生长的菌根菌,本试验采用蓝莓根段直接分离法和根段组织研磨溶液分离方法,从长白山野生蓝莓新鲜根系中分离11株真菌,其中只有4株真菌才能够回接成功,回接成功侵染率达33.3%~63.3%。菌株LM001和LM003对蓝莓苗的生长具有有明显的促生作用。 As mycorrhizal plants,the roots of blueberrys live together with a variety of symbiotic mycorrhizal fungi.In order to isolate mycorrhizal fungi which can promote the growth of blueberries,direct separation and tissue polishing solution separation method were used to isolate mycorrhizal fungi from the blueberry root.11 endophytic fungi strains were isolated from the wild blueberry in the Changbai Mountain,and four of them could be re-inoculated,the infection rates was from 33.3% to 63.3%.The results showed that strains LM001 and LM003 could significantly promote the growth of the blueberry.
