摘要
为了研究肝素对Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠免疫功能的影响 ,我们将 10只SD大鼠随机分为两组 ,制成 2 0 %面积深Ⅱ度烧伤后 ,分别给予肝素及生理盐水皮下注射 ,一天一次治疗 ,进行免疫学检测。结果发现 :肝素组淋巴细胞转化率显著提高 ,吞噬细胞吞噬功能明显增强 ,而溶血空斑实验则两组无显著性差异。提示肝素可增强细胞免疫及吞噬细胞功能 ,但对体液免疫无影响。
In order to study the effect of heparin on immune function of second degree burned rats,a randomized controlled trial was designed.After 20% of total body surface area,deep second-degree burn was created.10 SD rats were treated with heparin,or subcutaneous injection of normal saline The immune function of the rats was tested.The heparin group showed significant improvement in lymphocyte transformation ratio and phagocytotic capacity of phagocyte,but the two groups had no significant difference on hemolytic plaque test.It was suggested that heparin could enhance the cellular immunity and phagocytotic activity of phagocyte,but had no influence on the humoral immunity.
