集束化护理预防溶栓后急性心肌梗死患者院内泌尿系感染的效果

Effects of Bundle Nursing on Prevention of Urinary System Infection of Acute Myocardial infarction after Thrombolysis

目的探讨集束化护理在预防溶栓后急性心肌梗死患者院内泌尿系感染中的作用。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将231例行溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者分为集束化护理组(104例)和常规护理组(127例),随访7～10d,比较两组泌尿系感染的发生率、患者住院天数及住院费用。结果集束化护理组患者院内泌尿系感染的发生率低于常规护理组,住院天数及住院费用低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论集束化护理能有效预防溶栓后急性心肌梗死患者发生泌尿系感染,有助于减少患者住院天数和降低医疗费用。

Objective To investigate the role of bundle nursing on the prevention of urinary tract infection of acute myocardial infarction after thrombolysis.MethodsA randomized controlled trial was performed.Totally 213 patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency department were randomly divided into bundle nursing group（n=104） and general nursing group（n=127）,which were followed up for 7 to 10 days.The incidence of urinary tract infection,admission days,and medical costs were compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared to the control group,the incidence of urinary tract infection was significantly lower,and the admission days and medical costs were significantly less in bundle nursing group（P0.05 or P0.01）.ConclusionBundle nursing for acute myocardial infarction in emergency department is critical for the prevention of urinary tract infection after thrombolysis and for decreasing of admission days and medical costs.
