摘要
为测试与分析胡海龙在掷不同重量标枪时最后用力阶段的肌肉用力变化特征,运用表面肌电和摄影技术对不同重量器械下(700 g、800 g、900 g)的12块肌肉的用力程度、持续时间、RMS以及IEMG进行描述与分析。结果显示:胡海龙在最后用力阶段躯干和下肢肌群用力程度大于上肢肌群。背阔肌、腹外斜肌、竖脊肌和半腱半膜肌、腓肠肌是胡海龙最后用力主要发力肌肉。掷重枪对上肢专项力量训练有一定意义,掷轻枪可以加快出手速度。随着专项化程度的不断提高,胡海龙应在竞赛期(前)适当加强重枪训练的比重。
In order to analyse the changes of muscle force during the releasing phase of Hu Hailong in javelin throwing under different weights, the authors took use of the surface electromyography and photography equipment under different weights (700 g, 800 g, 900 g) of the 12 muscle and chose the force level, time of releasing phase, RMS and iEMG as indexs. The results showed that : the force of the trunk and lower llmb are greater than the upper as for Hu Hailong In releasing phase. The muscle of Latissimus dorsi, External oblique, Erector spinae and Semi - key semimembranosus, gastroenemius are the most import muscle for Hu Hailong during releasing phase. Throwing heavy weight is usefull for the upper, and throwing light weight can improve he speed oft the upper. In the special phase, as for Hu Hailong, he should be throw heavy weights as more as possible.
