Specialty Culture Construction Research of Higher Vocational Colleges

产业结构升级、区域文化建设、高职评建等为专业文化建设提出了迫切要求,但当前内地高职院校专业文化及其建设存在不少问题,亟需从理念建构、组织保障、实践应用等方面构建。

The specialty culture of higher vocational colleges(HVC) is rich in connotation and influences the development of vocational students' sound personality,the institutional education modernization,enterprise,profession,industry and the entire nation.It also has such three basic functions as behavioral constraints and unity,the value of radiation and propagation,target incentive and guidance.The current upgrading of the industrial structure,regional cultural construction and vocational evaluation and construction put forward urgent requirement for the construction of specialty culture.However there exist some problems on this aspect in HVC in China's Mainland,and it is necessary to construct the specialty culture from philosophy,organizational security and practice application.
