摘要 目的 简述端粒酶亚单位的研究情况与端粒酶活性的关系。方法 参阅相关文献 ,并作综述性报道。结果 端粒酶是一种特殊的逆转录酶 ,由RNA和蛋白组成的核糖核蛋白 (ribonucleoprotein)复合体。目前已经克隆了人类端粒酶亚单位 (subunit)基因 ,分别为端粒酶RNA(hTR) ,端粒酶结合蛋白 (hTP1)和端粒酶活性催化亚单位 (hTERT)。研究发现 ,端粒酶活性与其亚单位关系密切。结论 为端粒酶的激活可能与其亚单位特别是端粒酶活性催化亚单位的表达、调控有关。但这方面的研究刚刚起步 。 Objective To introduce the studies on components of telomerase as well as the correlation between the activity of telomerase and its subunits. Method A comprehensive report is made with reference to related articles. Results Telomerase is a specific reverse enzyme and a rebonucleoprotein complex composed of RNA and proteins. Three components of human telomerase have been cloned. They are the RNA component (hTR), a telomerase associated protein (TP1) and a telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT). Identification of those subunits reveals a close relation between the activity of telomerase and its sbunits. Conclusion Activation of telomerase is thought to be regulated by the expression of its subunits, specifically hTERT. But investigation in this field has just started and needs to be verified by further experiments.
