摘要
项目经理责任制自实施以来为提高我国的建设项目管理水平做出了不小的贡献,但在实施的过程中也存在着不少的问题。本文通过对项目经理负责制应用中存在的问题进行分析,提出了提高项目经理负责制效率的具体措施。
Responsibility system of project manager is a construction project management system which is carried out to promote the levels of scientific, standardized and institutionalized and internationalize of the construction project management. The system began to be executed since December 1, 2006. Since the system is executed the level of construction project management is promoted. There are also some problems appeared. The problems are analyzed and some measures are proposed to make the system more efficient.
