浅谈长输管线清管、测径、试压应注意事项

Talking about the Notes of Long-distance Pipeline Pigging, Caliper and Pressure Test

长输管线的清管、测径和试压(以下简称试压)是对管道施工质量、管材性能、管道整体性的一次综合检验。当地理、环境因素不太理想时,充分考虑试压施工的整体性,熟练运用施工经验和技巧,周密的组织施工进程,能从很大程度上减少劳动强度,节约施工时间,降低施工成本。本文在中亚天然气管道工程施工的基础上,介绍了试压工作不同阶段的施工要点及注意事项,针对部分施工阶段中容易出现的问题,提出了防控措施及合理化建议。

The lohg-distance pipeline pigging, caliper and pressure test is a comprehensive inspection to the quality of pipeline construction, pipe performance and pipeline integrity. If the geography and environmental factors are less than ideal, we should give full consideration to the integrity of the pressure test construction, use the construction experience and skills, the careful organization in the construction process, so that the labor intensity will be largely reduced, construction time can be saved and the construction costs will be reduced. This paper, on the basis of the natural gas pipeline construction in Central Asian, introduced the construction points and notes in different stage of the pressure test, and proposed prevention and control measures and rational proposals for the problems in part of the construction phase.
