高校新校区建设财务管理问题的初探与对策

自高校扩招以来,各高校普遍以此为契机,不断扩大规模,以实现跨越发展为目标,迅速掀起持续已久的高校建设热潮。然而,在快速扩张与发展中,高校新校区建设财务管理实践中不断有新的问题出现,本文试就相关问题进行剖析,并提出了相应的措施和建议。

Since the enrollment, colleges and universities generally take this as an opportunity to continue to expand and achieve leapfrog development, which quickly set off a sustained university building boom. However, there exist new financial management problems in the construction of new campus. The article tries to analyze the related problems and propose appropriate measures and recommendations.
