摘要
以房地产的价值评估体系为基础,针对商业地产前期开发提出基于实物期权的价值评估方法,通过构建模型提出有效的价值评估指标,并阐述了指标如何操作,以及指标的实际意义。
Based on value assessment system of real estate, aiming at pre-development of commercial real estate, value appraisal method based on the real option was proposed and effective value evaluation index was put forward through building a model, how to operate the index and its practical significance were expounded.
