高职院校染整技术专业“工学交替”人才培养模式的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking about “Working and Learning Alternation” Talent Training Mode of Dyeing and Finishing Technology Specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges

本文在分析印染行业发展的形势的基础上,提出了高职染整技术专业"工学交替"人才培养存在的主要问题,并提出了完善人才培养模式的对策和建议,并总结了苏州经贸职业技术学院个案实践经验。

Based on the analysis of the situation of the development of dyeing and printing industry, the paper points out the problems in ＂working and learning alternation＂ talent cultivation of vocational dyeing and finishing technology specialty, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on improving talent training mode, and summarizes the practice experience of Suzhou Institute of Trade ＆ Commerce.
