Improving the Soft Power,Building a “Mobile Government”——A Probe into Kunming's Public Service System

昆明市委市政府把深入推进为民服务体系建设作为软环境建设的重要载体,提升软实力,打造流动政府,把为民服务体系建设引向深入,取得了可喜的成绩。然而,在推进为民服务体系建设中,也存在着一些不足之处,还应不断深化为民服务体系建设;不断完善为民服务工作。

By furthering the public service system as an important means of building the soft environment, Kunming municipal party committee and government have achieved gratifying results in improving the soft power, building a mobile government and furthering the construction of the public service system.Howerver,due to some inadequacies appearing in the process of improving the public service system, the construction of the public service system needs to be furthered constantly; and the public service needs to be improved constantly.
