团体心理干预对大学生自我效能、自我接纳影响的研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨团体心理干预对大学生自我接纳、自我效能水平的影响。方法:将某院校94名1-2年级本科生随机分为实验组(n=47)和对照组(n=47)。实验组实施团体心理干预,每周1次,共10周。结果:①干预前实验组、对照组GSES总分、SAQ总分及因子分无显著差异;②实验组干预后与对照组后测时GSES总分,SAQ总分及自我评价因子分差异显著;③实验组干预前后GSES总分、SAQ总分及自我接纳、自我评价因子分差异显著。结论:团体心理干预能有效提升大学生自我效能、自我接纳水平。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of group psychological intervention on Self-efficacy and Self-acceptance of university students.Methods: 94 students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=47) and the control group(n=47),which came from undergraduate of grade 1-2 in one university.Group psychological intervention was given to the experimental group once a week for 10 weeks.Results: ①Before group psychological intervention,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the total score of GSES,SAQ and each Factor score;②After group psychological intervention and back measure,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the total scores of GSES,SAQ and the score of Self-efficacy;③Before and after group psychological intervention,there were significant difference of the experimental group on the total scores of GSES,SAQ and the factor scores of Self-acceptance,Self-efficacy.Conclusion: Group psychological intervention can effectively enhance the students' level of Self-efficacy and Self-acceptance.
