城市高端住宅设计思考——以香海园、兰海园、碧海园为例

The Design Thinking of Urban High-class Residence:Taking XiangHai Yuan, LanHai Yuan and BiHai Yuan for Examples

近年来,城市高层高端住宅日渐成为房地产开发市场中的热点,如何把握住城市高层高端住宅的核心基础价值,并将其成功地转化为设计语言,为客户提供更贴身舒适的生活方式成为研究课题之一。该文对武汉本地高层高端住宅的开发、设计现状抽取实例进行了简要介绍,并对在建的武汉王家墩商务区泛海国际居住区香海园、兰海园、碧海园的设计定位、基础规划设计条件、规划建筑设计方案进行了解剖,将该项目在城市高端住宅设计上所做的思考与努力详细条文化,从具体的设计细节出发,力求对未来城市高层高端住宅的设计提供参考。

In recent years, urban high-class highrise residence has become a hot spot in real estate. How to grasp the core values of the urban high-class highrise residence, and succeed in transforming it into the design language with providing a more personal and comfortable lifestyle has become one of the research topics. This article briefly introduces the current exploitation and design situation of Wuhan local senior high-class residence by giving several examples, and analyzes the under construction project Wuhan Wang Jia Dun business district Fanhai international residential area XiangHai Yuan, LanHai Yuan and BiHai Yuan on design positioning, foundation planning design conditions, and architectural design programme. At the same time, the article makes the thinking and efforts on the design of the project into clauses, and provides reference to future design of urban senior high-class residence by detail researching.
