经济转型时期城镇商业空间演变探析——以内蒙古资源型城镇A为例

Discuss on Commercial Space Evolution of Resource-based Town in the Background of Economic Transformation:Case study of Town A of Inner Mongolia

研究对象A镇位于内蒙古自治区赤峰市,是经济重镇,也是煤炭资源型城镇。随着城镇单一经济支柱产业资源—煤炭资源逐渐衰竭,自"十五"开始,地方政府开始进行经济结构调整,第三产业中的商业服务业成为重点产业之一。迄今,城区在城市规划建设和提升城市形象等方面做出了各种努力。在此背景下,该研究以城镇经济转型阶段该城镇中心区商业区的发展改变为对象,通过文献研究、实地调查、统计分析、历史分析等方法,对转型时期的城镇商业空间形态演变进行分析,提出这一特殊时期A镇旧城商业空间演变的特点和规律。研究结果表明,随着城镇商业、服务业的显著发展,商业空间也相应发展演变。

The paper takes town A, which is in Chifeng city of Inner Mongolia, as research object. It is an economic hub, also a coal-oriented town. Along with the single economic pillar industry resources-coal resources being gradually failure, local government has begun to adjust economic structure since the ＂Tenth five-year plan＂ period start. And one of the key industries is business and services of the third industry. So far, the town makes every effort in urban planning and construction to improve the image of the city. In this context, the research takes the development and change of business district, when the town is in the economic transition period, as the object. It analyses the evolves of commercial space form of the town in economic transition period, through variety of research methods, such as literature research, field investigation, statistics analysis, historical analysis. Then the paper proposes the characteristics and laws of the evolution of commercial space in this special period. The results of the study show that, along with the significant development of commerce, service industry, the commercial space has a corresponding development evolution.
