关于居住区会所“非属地”现象的思考

该文对不同居住区会所进行现状调研,结合实例分析居住区会所"非属地"现象,定义概念并探讨其影响及成因。在正确看待"非属地"现象的基础上,针对不同情况提出解决办法。在规划设计层面引入"千人指标",通过对社区会所的建设指标与"千人指标"的区别与联系,调整居住区会所配建指标体系的思路,使之适应市场的发展条件。基于以上分析,提出住区会所的策划及设计应超越"属地"的状态,在以人为本的原则下寻求未来住区会所健康发展之路。

We analyze the ＂non-territorial＂ phenomenon, definition and its causes based on the current situation of residential area clubs. Based on the correct view of the ＂non-territorial＂ phenomenon, we put forward the solutions for different situations. By the relationship between the introduction of thousands of indicators in the planning and design level and the construction index of the residential area clubs, which should be adjusted and remanded to adapt to the needs of economic development. According to the analysis, we propose that the planning and design should go beyond the ＂territorial＇＂ state, and seek the healthy development of future residential area club by the principle of people- oriented.
