高校图书馆建设图书馆2.0的影响因素分析

Influential Factors on University Library's Construction of Library 2.0

用定性研究的方法,从用户需求出发分析用户对高校图书馆2.0构建的影响,着重从经济和技术两个方面论述社会环境对于高校图书馆建设图书馆2.0的影响,从管理体制和组织文化两个视角阐明组织环境对高校图书馆建设图书馆2.0的影响,最后从馆长和馆员两个方面说明图书馆工作者对高校图书馆建设图书馆2.0的影响。经过对影响因素的系统分析得出结论:构建图书馆2.0的关键在于理念的普及,以及认知和组织文化的变革。

In this paper,qualitative research methods are adopted.From the perspective of user needs,the impacts of user on the construction of Library 2.0 by university libraries are analyzed.From the perspectives of economic factors and technical factors,the influences of social environment on the construction of university libraries＇ Library 2.0 are discussed.From the perspectives of management system and organizational culture,the impacts of the organizational environment on the construction of university libraries＇ Library 2.0 are presented.From the perspectives of the library directors and librarians,the influences of library workers on the construction of university libraries＇ Library 2.0 are given.Finally,after the systematic analysis,the conclusion can be drawn that the key to construct Library 2.0 lies in the popularity of the concepts and cognition and reform of organization culture.
