摘要对2000-2011年的文献调研发现,国外高校图书馆留学生信息服务研究主要有5个角度:分析留学生利用图书馆面临的障碍、调查留学生对图书馆的评价、与留学生服务机构合作拓展服务、图书馆双语环境建设及馆员对留学生信息服务的理解。根据国外研究成果,对国内高校图书馆提出5点建议:开展个性化的培训课程、加强留学生本国语言馆藏资源的建设、与留学生服务机构合作、设置留学生服务部门及岗位、注重双语环境建设。 Based on the survey to the papers in 2000~2011,foreign studies on academic libraries＇ information services to international students can be summarized into 5 aspects.Based on foreign studies,the paper puts forward 5 suggestions to domestic academic libraries： providing customized instruction courses and more resources in their native languages,collaborating with Office of International Services,setting up a library liaison or a job position and building bilingual environment.
