摘要
硬度检测由于操作简便易行且不损伤钢瓶,因此成为制造过程中检验钢瓶热处理性能和定期检验过程中评定钢瓶安全性能的常用手段。结合相关标准给定的材料抗拉强度和硬度的相关关系,通过对现场数据和材料质量证明书进行统计分析,拟合出了抗拉强度和硬度关系曲线,由该拟合曲线和制造企业给定的抗拉强度范围,得出了长管拖车钢瓶的硬度控制范围和验收标准,为大容积无缝钢瓶的生产质量控制和检验检测提供了可靠依据。
Hardness test is a usual method to check the heat-treatment property in cylinders manufacturing and evaluate the safety performance of cylinders while periodic inspection.It is simple and convenient to operate and little hurt to steel cylinders.The thesis analysis the relationship between harness and tensile strength of materials according to relative standards.And the relation curve of tensile strength and hardness was given by statistical analyzing the data obtained from manufacture and material quality certification.The control range and acceptance criteria on hardness of tube trailer steel cylinder was confirmed by the relation curve and tensile strength got from manufacturer,which provide the reliable basis to the production quality control and inspection of large seamless steel cylinders.
