高频线阵与低频凸阵探头联合应用在下肢深静脉血栓检测中的价值

摘要 目的探讨高频线阵与低频凸阵探头联合应用于下肢深静脉血栓检测的价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年5月采用高频线阵与低频凸阵探头超声诊断为下肢深静脉血栓的患者资料,建立正常健康组作为对照,并记录血栓组血栓部位、栓塞程度及血管腔内血流情况。结果左下肢深静脉血栓发生率高于右下肢。急性、亚急性下肢深静脉血栓68例(85.71%),慢性下肢深静脉血栓10例(14.29%)。下肢深静脉血栓组管径明显增粗,与正常对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。超声显示下肢深静脉血栓管壁增厚而不平滑,管腔扩张,实性回声,彩色多普勒血流显像示无血流信号或少量血流。结论低频凸阵探头的使用减少了高频线阵所致的误诊,提高超声诊断准确性,可充分发挥彩色多普勒超声用于下肢静脉血栓检测的价值,不失为早期无创诊断下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法。 Objective To investigate the application value of the high-frequency linear array of low-frequency convex array probe in the detection of deep venous thrombosis.Methods Retrospectively analyze patients'data from our department January 2010 to May 2012.Patients with deep venous thrombosis were examined high frequency linear array probe and low-frequency convex array probe ultrasound.A normal healthy group was established as a control.Recorded thrombotic position,thrombotic extent and blood current in the deep venous thrombosis group.Results The left lower limb deep vein thrombosis was higher than in the right lower extremity.Acute,sub-acute deep venous thrombosis in 60 cases(85.71%),chronic deep venous thrombosis in 10 cases(21.84%).Compared with the normal control group,deep venous thrombosis group diameter was significantly enlarged,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The ultrasound showed deep venous thrombosis wall thickening without smooth lumen expansion,solid echo color Doppler flow imaging shows no blood flow or a small amount of blood flow.Conclusion The use of low-frequency convex array probe reduce misdiagnosed due to the high frequency linear array,and improve ultrasound diagnostic accuracy,and can take advantage of color Doppler ultrasound for the detection of deep vein thrombosis value.It can still be considered to be preferred method for early non-invasive diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis.
