伤科灵喷雾剂联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察伤科灵喷雾剂联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将114例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予泛昔洛韦250mg口服Tid,维生素B1100mg肌注Qd,B12250μg,肌注Qd;观察组除以上治疗再外用伤科灵喷雾剂,每日3次,均连用一周后观察疗效。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为88.5%、67.9%,后遗神经痛发生率分别为1.6和18.9%,两组比较均有显著性差异,且均未发生明显不良反应。结论伤科灵喷雾剂联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹安全,疗效明显,副作用少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shangkeling-sprays combined with famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 114 cases of herpes zoster were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with famciclovir,each 250 mg,3 times a day,vitmine B 1 100mg and vitmine B 12 250ug inject one time each day.While the treatment group were treated with shangkeling-sprays,3 times one time except the treatment of the control group.The two groups were all for 7 days.Results The effective rate of the two groups were 90%and 66.7%separately.The postherpetic neuralgia were 0 and 22%separately.And it is of significance level in statistics.Conclusion It is safety,reliable and seldom side effect of shangkeling-sprays combined with famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster.
