慢性阻塞性肺病患者的血清IL-8、TNF-α变化及其与肺功能的关系 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)发展过程中血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化及其与肺功能的关系,为社区控制COPD提供可行有效的观测指标。方法 COPD患者(疾病组)112例,年龄56~87岁,根据病情严重程度不同分为4组:Ⅰ组为轻度COPD,Ⅱ组为中度COPD,Ⅲ组为重度COPD,Ⅳ组为极重度COPD。选择正常健康者69例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测各组COPD患者血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量。结果社区疾病组血清IL-8、TNF-α含量与对照组比较均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组IL-8、TNF-α水平均高于I组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组IL-8、TNF-α水平高于II组,Ⅳ组IL-8、TNF-α水平高于Ⅲ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病组IL-8、TNF-α与肺功能结果呈负相关。结论 IL-8、TNF-α参与慢性阻塞性肺病的发生、发展,它的变化是观测社区慢性阻塞性肺病发展的一个有效指标。 Objective To study the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to research the relationship of TNF-α,IL-8 with COPD.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of COPD patients(disease group),aged 56~87 years old were divides into 4 groups differently according to the disease condition: Ⅰ group(mild COPD),Ⅱgroup(moderate COPD),Ⅲ group(specific weight COPD),Ⅳ group(extremely specific weight COPD).Choose the normal health 69 cases as the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the blood serum of IL-8,TNF-α content in COPD patients.Results Serum IL-8,TNF-α of patients of disease group were significantly increased compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).IL-8,TNF-α levels of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ group were higher than I group equally,IL-8,TNF-α levels of Ⅲ,Ⅳ Group were higher than Ⅱ group,of which Ⅳ group were higher than Ⅲ group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In disease group,IL-8,TNF-α were negative correlation between lung function results.Conclusion IL-8,TNF-α involved in the occurrence and development of COPD,and its change is a valid indicator of the development of COPD.
