摘要
目的探讨早产儿低血糖的特点及其与胰岛素、C肽的关系。方法选择110例早产儿(早产儿组)和90例足月儿(足月儿组),早产儿组又分为低血糖组和正常血糖组,对所有患儿在生后24h、3d、7d进行血糖、C肽、胰岛素水平监测,并进行比较分析。结果早产儿低血糖的发生率(39.1%)高于足月儿组(15.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产儿低血糖组与正常血糖组生后24h、3d、7dC肽、胰岛素水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早产儿低血糖发生率高,动态监测血糖可及早发现并及时纠正,C肽、胰岛素对早产儿血糖水平无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the preterm children and the relationship of low blood glucose and insulin,C-peptide between preterm children.Methods One hundred and ten cases of premature children(preterm children group) and 90 cases of full-term children(full-term children group),preterm children group was divided into a group of low blood glucose and normal glucose tolerance.All children were blood glucose,C-peptide and insulin levels at 24 h,3 d,7 d after birth,and also did comparative analysis.Results Hypoglycemia incidence of preterm children(39.1%) was higher than full-term children(15.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The differences of C-peptide,insulin level in preterm children group and full-term children at 24 h,3 d,7 d after birth were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Premature children have the high incidence of low blood sugar,dynamic monitoring of blood glucose can be detected early and promptly corrected,C-peptide,insulin have no significant effect on blood glucose levels in preterm children.
