腰椎间盘突出症应用硬膜外腔注药治疗前后髓核变化的临床观察

The Change of Protruded Lumbar Intervertebral Nucleus Pulposus after Treatment by Epidural Anesthesia with Corticosteroid Injection

目的 :观察经硬膜外腔给药治疗腰椎间盘突出症时髓核影像学上的变化 ,探讨其治疗机制。方法 :对 36例采用硬膜外注药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者在临床症状消失后再行CT检查 ,比较治疗前后的椎间盘突出指数 (IDH)并计算髓核缩小率。结果 :本组患者治疗前后的IDH相差非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ,髓核缩小明显 ,未见髓核回纳至原位。结论 :硬膜外腔注药治疗椎间盘突出症只能使髓核缩小 ,解除对神经根的粘连、压迫 ,从而达到临床治愈 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of epidural anesthsia with corticosteroid on the disc herniation.Methods:To analysis the results of CT take from 36 patients who had epidural treatment for nucleus pulposus.Results:The size of uncleus pulposus regression(IDH, P< 0 01),but the nucleus pulposus as not returned to the normal position.Conclusion:Epidural injection of corticosteroids can reduce only the size of nucleus pulposus.
