随着社会文化经济的发展和疾病谱的改变 ,病人对心理服务的需求越来越大。因此 ,我院于 1990年改心理咨询门诊为心理科收到了很好的成效 ,我院具体做法 :①领导重视 ;②引进和培养专业人才 ;③走内涵发展的路子 ;④突出专科特点 ;⑤科室对外定名 ;⑥加强与院内其它科室联系 ;
With the cultural and economic development of society and the change of disease spectrum, patients needs for psychological services have become increasingly great. For this reason, our hospital formed in 1990 the department of psychology instead of just providing psychological consultations and has achieved remarkable success. What follows are some of the measures taken by our hospital: ①close attention by leaders; ②introduction and cultivation of professional talents; ③adoption of the path of substantial development; ④stress on the characteristics of the specialty; ⑤open denomination of the department; ⑥reinforcement of contacts with other departments in the hospital; and ⑦structural readjustment of expenses.
